Stage 1 (6 months): The Outreach is a constant process and applications from interested start-ups are received on a continuous basis. Batch with 10 new Start-ups is chosen every 6 months, from the applicants after detailed evaluation. Each start-up is given a basic program structure along with an agreed upon milestone to be achieved. The milestone varies for each start-up and is specific to their current state. At the end of the period, a panel evaluates the batch and selects those that achieve the milestones agreed. The start-ups who perform well are selected for the next stage.
Stage 2 (6 months): An intense Incubation Course is designed for each of these start-ups in which a dedicated Mentor from the Ambuja Neotia Businesses is assigned to the start-ups so that the Product gets suitably developed and vetted.The chosen start-ups get funding against equity. The teams will again work for a target milestone that has been mutually agreed upon. It is expected that at the end of this Stage the start-up company will have a product which is tested and vetted by Ambuja and can now take the product to other customers with our validation and support. Network with Corporates, Investors, Mentors, Experts will be arranged regularly.
Startups who are not selected to the next Stage will remain in the Incubator and get one more chance to clear the Stage after 3 months along with other Start Ups. Startups who cannot move to the next stage even after 6 months will make way for new startups
The startups that make it to stage 2 not only get access to funding, but also get the following benefits: Customer Connect: Ambuja Neotia group companies can become their first customer, providing much needed market validation Connect to Angel, VC & PE investors
Help open doors for target market segment through introductions Administrative, legal and other support services will be accessible throughout the program for any participating startup.

The infrastructure has been developed keeping in mind world-class standards. The space can accommodate 100+ workstations, along with conference rooms and auditorium all connected by high speed internet.
Startups in the program also get access to a cafeteria and club in the same premises to enable a holistic lifestyle during the program.
You should be a startup in any of the 6 sectors that we have mentioned – Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Sports, Entertainment, Hospitality You should have at least created a working prototype, if not already tested with real customers
You should be working on the idea full-time and not while working on another job or studying.
You should have invested some of your own money in the business.

A nominal rental may be charged for stage 1 and stage 2 startups. However, Ambuja Neotia group retains the discretion to waive it for deserving teams with financial constraints
Yes, any startup from anywhere in India is eligible to apply. The only factor to consider is that the team must be willing to move and work out of Kolkata for the duration of the program
Unfortunately, we do not have a virtual Incubation option. The value of the program is in working closely with the other startups, learning from the experienced mentors and being part of the environment.
The full team need not to be relocated to Kolkata if working somewhere else.
